{"id":156509,"date":"2017-07-10T09:00:14","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T09:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=156509\/"},"modified":"2017-06-29T12:30:12","modified_gmt":"2017-06-29T12:30:12","slug":"carne-de-ishigaki-name-purpura-y-awamori","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/carne-de-ishigaki-name-purpura-y-awamori\/","title":{"rendered":"Carne de Ishigaki, \u00f1ame p\u00farpura y Awamori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Abr.2017 ] La \u200b\u200bprimera cena que tuvimos en Ishigaki Island en Okinawa, Jap\u00f3n fue el bistec de carne de <strong>ternera Ishigaki.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el pasado, s\u00f3lo conoc\u00eda la carne de vacuno Kobe y la carne de Matsusaka y un par m\u00e1s, pero hoy en d\u00eda las vacas de todo Jap\u00f3n ofrecen carne deliciosa.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante elegimos y fuimos, se llamaba<strong> Papoiya<\/strong> en el piso m\u00e1s alto en un edificio, que ten\u00eda una buena reputaci\u00f3n en el Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n un conductor de taxi nos recomend\u00f3 este restaurante,unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde, as\u00ed que debe tener buena fama en Ishigaki.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro plato principal era de<strong> 250g solomillo<\/strong>, estaba buen\u00edsimo, pero la carne cruda en rodajas pedimos como entrante era realmente impresionante.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-mlt-medium wp-image-155767\" src=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/media\/2017\/06\/Ishigaki-1-336x223.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/media\/2017\/06\/Ishigaki-1-336x223.jpg 336w, https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/media\/2017\/06\/Ishigaki-1-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/media\/2017\/06\/Ishigaki-1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 336px) 100vw, 336px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nos sirvieron <strong>tres tipos diferentes de salsa<\/strong> con el bistec, que eran sal, mostaza y cebolla dulce, yo disfrut\u00e9 de cada una de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>El postre era <strong>helado de az\u00facar crudo<\/strong> (de nuevo una especialidad de Okinawa), que \u00a0estaba muy bueno, tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Con una botella de vino, nos cost\u00f3 poco m\u00e1s de 23000 yen (alrededor de \u00a3 162 o \u20ac 184), \u00a0no era barato, pero nos quedamos muy satisfechos.<\/p>\n<p>Yo estaba muy llena en ese momento, pero mi marido parec\u00eda querer m\u00e1s cosas dulces, as\u00ed que nos fuimos a una tienda de souvenirs que estaba todav\u00eda abierta y compramos un yam p\u00farpura Mont Blanc,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>y \u00e9l se lo comi\u00f3 en ese mismo lugar.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> \u00f1ame p\u00farpura<\/strong> es otra sabrosa especialidad de Okinawa.<\/p>\n<p>Volvimos a aquella tienda unas cuantas veces m\u00e1s tarde para conseguir m\u00e1s pasteles de \u00f1ame p\u00farpura y tambi\u00e9n compramos una mermelada hecha de la \u00f1ame p\u00farpura en un supermercado y tambi\u00e9n una caja de<strong> tarta de \u00f1ame<\/strong> p\u00farpura para de recuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>Volviendo al hotel caminando , por casualidad nos apareci\u00f3 un bar, al cual entramos<\/p>\n<p>Es una pena que no pueda recordar el nombre ddel lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Una mujer muy agradable, que era la propietaria, nos recomend\u00f3 probar el local <strong>Awamori<\/strong> (fuerte licor de Okinawan destilado de arroz o mijo) con agua.<\/p>\n<p>Ella se sirvi\u00f3 algunos tragos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goya<\/strong> (mel\u00f3n amargo de esta zona) era la parte del picoteo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro cliente, el cual era instructor de buceo de la isla.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que en aquel momento era una buena temporada para el buceo con trajes h\u00famedos, pero tal vez demasiado pronto para ir al mar solamente con trajes de ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00eda haber sido mejor visitar la Isla de Ishigaki un poco mas adelante&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ Abr.2017 ] La \u200b\u200bprimera cena que tuvimos en Ishigaki Island en Okinawa, Jap\u00f3n fue el bistec de carne de ternera Ishigaki.
