[ Oct.2015 ] Aprendimos que en el museo del Amber de Gdansk en Polonia que hay una iglesia cuyo altar est\u00e1 hecho de \u00e1mbar.
\nAs\u00ed que nosotros fuimos all\u00ed preguntando a los caminantes de alrededor c\u00f3mo llegar all\u00ed.
\nLa iglesia se llama, Iglesia de St.Bridget.
\nEl altar no estaba totalmente finalizado todav\u00eda.
\nCuando este terminado, aparentemente este sera superar\u00e1 a la habitaci\u00f3n de \u00e1mbar del palacio de Catherine, situado a las afueras de San Petersburgo, siendo este denominado como el arte del \u00e1mbar.
\nSeg\u00fan internet, por ahora el trabajo en el altar est\u00e1 estancado por la ausencia de dicho material.
\nMe imagino que el precio del \u00e1mbar hoy en d\u00eda a subido de precio much\u00edsimo, por ese motivo tuvieron que para la obra.<\/p>\n

Esta iglesia fue originalmente construida en el siglo XIV y se finaliz\u00f3 a comienzos del siglo XV , pero fue destruida durante la guerra, as\u00ed que tuvieron que reconstruirla en 1973.
\nNo era solamente famosa por el altar de \u00e1mbar, si no que tambi\u00e9n trabajadores socialistas van all\u00ed a atender a las masas.
\nEl anterior presidente, Lech Walesa sol\u00eda ir all\u00ed a rezar cuando era un desconocido electricista.
\nLo m\u00e1s interesante es que, el sacerdote de la iglesia, Henrik Jankowski que apoyaba a el movimiento socialista, comenz\u00f3 a hacer vinos y perfumes usdando su nombre como marca para ganar dinero despu\u00e9s de la democratizaci\u00f3n de Polonia.
