Pensaba que Burdeos s\u00f3lo produc\u00eda vino tinto, pero tambi\u00e9n blanco.<br \/>\nNuestro gu\u00eda nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 c\u00f3mo hacer la cata de vinos.<br \/>\nEn primer lugar,<br \/>\n\u2460 Mira el color del vino con el fondo blanco, no en el aire. Si es un poco morado, significa que es joven. El color rub\u00ed esta justo para beber y si es un poco naranja, es viejo.<br \/>\n\u2461 Oler el aroma. Si no te gusta el olor de dicho vino, no necesitas seguir adelante con la cata.<br \/>\n\u2462 Oscilar el vaso y dejar que entre un poco de aire en el vino, y luego el olerlo de nuevo.
