{"id":157614,"date":"2016-06-30T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-30T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=157614\/"},"modified":"2017-07-16T16:23:47","modified_gmt":"2017-07-16T16:23:47","slug":"la-carne-de-hida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/la-carne-de-hida\/","title":{"rendered":"La carne de Hida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Mar.2016 ]\u00a0Fuimos a <strong>Takayama de Shirakawago<\/strong> en <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/japon\/\">Jap\u00f3n<\/a> en autob\u00fas.<br \/>\nLo que yo estaba esperando en Takayama era <strong>la carne de vacuno de Hida.<\/strong><br \/>\nEs uno de los tipos m\u00e1s conocidos de carne japonesa.<br \/>\nTan pronto como dejamos nuestro equipaje en el hotel, nos fuimos a buscar el restaurante dirigido por un carnicero que nos present\u00f3 un amigo m\u00edo.<br \/>\nSe llama <strong>\u00abYamatake Shouten\u00bb.<\/strong><br \/>\nTienen un restaurante el la parte de arriba.<br \/>\nCuando entramos all\u00ed vimos un el tipo de nevera que ver\u00edas en un supermercado y estaba lleno de carne.<br \/>\nEl personal nos dijo que por lo general la gente come 200g cada uno, as\u00ed que elegimos 600g para dos.<br \/>\nPodr\u00edamos comer vegetales tanto como quisi\u00e9ramos.<br \/>\nEn cuanto a vino, hab\u00eda un peque\u00f1o <strong>estante de vinos<\/strong> y elegimos uno por nuestra cuenta.<br \/>\n\u00a1Muy interesante! Y nosotros mismos <strong>dor\u00e1bamos la carne en la parrilla.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa ternera jaspeada estaba muy sabrosa.<br \/>\nLos 600g \u00a0se terminaron muy r\u00e1pidamente y mi marido dijo que pod\u00edamos comer un poco m\u00e1s, as\u00ed que pedimos otro 300g.<br \/>\nBueno, al final, fue demasiado pero por supuesto, nos lo comimos todo.<\/p>\n<p>Aquel restaurante tiene <strong>su propia granja de valores.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa carne \u00a0costaba 1480 yenes por 100 g.<br \/>\nEst\u00e1 catalogado en algunas gu\u00edas tur\u00edsticas extranjeros.<br \/>\nMuchos de los clientes no eran japoneses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We went to Takayama from <strong>Shirakawago<\/strong> in Japan by bus.
