{"id":157966,"date":"2015-07-19T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-07-19T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=157966\/"},"modified":"2020-02-05T21:20:05","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T21:20:05","slug":"autentica-bolonesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/autentica-bolonesa\/","title":{"rendered":"Aut\u00e9ntica Bolo\u00f1esa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Junio, 2015 ]<\/p>\n<p>Como me apetec\u00eda comer la verdader<strong>a bolo\u00f1esa,<\/strong> fuimos a <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/italia-es\/emilia-romana\/\">Bolonia.<\/a><br \/>\nBuscamos Internet para un buen restaurante con alta reputaci\u00f3n y encontramos uno llamado <strong>Antica Torattoria della Gigina.<\/strong><br \/>\nEstaba lejos del centro y en los<strong> suburbios bastante destartalados<\/strong>, as\u00ed que me sent\u00ed un poco aprensiva al principio.<br \/>\nPero una vez que entramos, nos pareci\u00f3 un restaurante<a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/italy-emilia-romagna\/\"> muy bien establecido.<\/a><br \/>\nParec\u00eda que hab\u00eda muchos <strong>clientes habituales,<\/strong><br \/>\nEl interior no era exactamente elegante, pero ten\u00eda una atm\u00f3sfera que han estado aqu\u00ed con \u00e9xito durante mucho tiempo.<br \/>\nAparentemente fue fundada en 1956.<\/p>\n<p>Lo principal son los alimentos.<br \/>\nPrimero, disfrutamos de varios tipos de pan.<br \/>\nEn cuanto al men\u00fa elegimos su propio <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/italy-emilia-romagna\/\">conjunto original<\/a>, que era genial.<br \/>\n<strong>El mel\u00f3n<\/strong> era sorprendentemente dulce.<br \/>\nEntonces,nos sirvieron la bolo\u00f1esa que se puede apreciar en la foto.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/italia-es\/emilia-romana\/\">Bolonia <\/a>es su lugar de origen, <strong>Bolognese<\/strong> se come con<strong> tagliatelle<\/strong> en lugar de con espaguetis.<br \/>\nComo se traduce como &#8216;saurce de carne&#8217; en japon\u00e9s, ten\u00eda m\u00e1s carne de lo habitual y menos tomate.<br \/>\n\u00a1Y estaba delicioso!
