{"id":157980,"date":"2015-04-27T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-27T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=157980\/"},"modified":"2019-02-26T23:09:20","modified_gmt":"2019-02-26T23:09:20","slug":"disfutando-de-platos-sofisticados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/disfutando-de-platos-sofisticados\/","title":{"rendered":"Disfutando de platos sofisticados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Mar.2015 ] Nuestros amigos en<a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/location\/france\/\"> Par\u00eds<\/a> nos llevaron a un restaurante llamado <strong>Pottoka.<\/strong><br \/>\nEste restaurante sirve platos vascos franceses.<br \/>\nEs un peque\u00f1o restaurante y el ambiente era relajante.<br \/>\nPero los platos eran <strong>muy sofisticados,<\/strong> tanto as\u00ed que es un poco dif\u00edcil de describir.<br \/>\nMi plato era b\u00e1sicamente<strong> mariscos.<\/strong><br \/>\nEn una copa de cristal, hab\u00eda algo cremoso incluido erizo de mar y fuera en el plato, hab\u00eda un palo de cangrejo.<br \/>\nEl sabor de algunas hierbas era fuerte, ten\u00eda un sabor muy refinado e interesante al mismo tiempo.<br \/>\nMi plato principal fue <strong>estofado ternera<\/strong> que me lo sirvieron en un taz\u00f3n de cristal (como se puede ver en la foto).<br \/>\nTodo el mundo eligimos platos diferentes y ninguno de ellos eran normales.<br \/>\nEl precio era 35 euros por el men\u00fa b\u00e1sico de tres platos, que no era demasiado caro.<br \/>\nEl vino era muy bueno, tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ Mar.2015 ] Nuestros amigos en Par\u00eds nos llevaron a un restaurante llamado Pottoka.
