{"id":158039,"date":"2015-01-25T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-01-25T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=158039\/"},"modified":"2017-07-23T11:34:49","modified_gmt":"2017-07-23T11:34:49","slug":"tienda-historica-de-amazake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/tienda-historica-de-amazake\/","title":{"rendered":"Tienda hist\u00f3rica de Amazake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Dic.2014 ]\u00a0La raz\u00f3n principal por la que fuimos a<strong> Kanda Santuario<\/strong> en <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/japon\/tokyo-es\/\">Tokio <\/a>fue de hecho tener algunos <strong>Amazake<\/strong> (bebida dulce hecha de arroz fermentado o <strong>sake liebres<\/strong>).<br \/>\nLa tienda se llama <strong>Amano-ya<\/strong> y situado justo al lado de la aproximaci\u00f3n al santuario.<br \/>\nEl exterior y el interior parec\u00edan muy viejos y de hecho era\u00a0realmente viejo, fundado en 1597 cuando el santuario de Kanda fue movido a este lugar.<br \/>\nTienen bodega natural 6 metros por debajo de la tienda y desde la fundaci\u00f3n han estado haciendo <strong>Koji,<\/strong> arroz maltado que es el material para Amazake, seg\u00fan el folleto que conseguimos en la tienda.<br \/>\nY aparentemente, en la era de Edo (1603 &#8211; 1868), Amazake era el \u00fanico edulcorante para plebeyos.<br \/>\nSirvieron salado Miso (soja oaste) con Amazake.<br \/>\nLa combinaci\u00f3n fue excelente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ Dic.2014 ]\u00a0La raz\u00f3n principal por la que fuimos a Kanda Santuario en Tokio fue de hecho tener algunos Amazake (bebida dulce hecha de arroz fermentado o sake liebres).
