{"id":158095,"date":"2014-10-22T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-10-22T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?post_type=food&#038;p=158095\/"},"modified":"2019-03-04T19:04:43","modified_gmt":"2019-03-04T19:04:43","slug":"cuando-comimos-sushi-en-otaru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/cuando-comimos-sushi-en-otaru\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuando comimos sushi en Otaru."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ Sept.2014 ]\u00a0Hay un \u00abSushi Street\u00bb en Otaru en Hokkaido,<a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/location\/japan\/\"> Jap\u00f3n, <\/a>donde hay tantos como 20 <strong>restaurantes de sushi.<\/strong><br \/>\nNuestra primera elecci\u00f3n era <strong>Rickshaw,<\/strong> pero desafortunadamente decidi\u00f3 cerrar aquel d\u00eda, as\u00ed que fuimos a la segunda opci\u00f3n llamada \u00abTatsumi\u00bb.<br \/>\nNos llevaron a una tranquila sala, y comimos \u00abset especial de sushi de septiembre\u00bb (3200 Yens).<br \/>\nComo era de esperar, el pescado era <strong>muy fresco<\/strong> y muy sabroso.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, me pareci\u00f3 que el arroz en los buenos restaurantes de sushi es siempre diferente.<br \/>\nTal vez hubiera sido incluso mejor, si hubi\u00e9ramos comido en el mostrador, escuchando el consejo del chef de sushi como lo hicimos en<a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/location\/japan\/kanazawa\/\"> Kanazawa.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La raz\u00f3n por la que el sushi en Otaru es bueno, es porque hay un puerto importante de pescado llamado <strong>Takashima<\/strong> cerca de la ciudad.<br \/>\nSu captura anual es de unas 58.000 toneladas de pescado.<br \/>\nEl pescado que llega a Otaru es fresco como ya que ruta de distribuci\u00f3n y el tiempo son cortos.<br \/>\nHay muchos restaurantes de sushi en Otaru, no s\u00f3lo en el \u00abSushi Street\u00bb, alrededor de 150 en total.<br \/>\nMe encantar\u00eda volver all\u00ed s\u00f3lo para comer sushi .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ Sept.2014 ]\u00a0Hay un \u00abSushi Street\u00bb en Otaru en Hokkaido, Jap\u00f3n, donde hay tantos como 20 restaurantes de sushi.
