El primer lugar donde nos llev\u00f3 el taxi que pedimos en Monsanto,<\/a> Portugal, fue un pueblo llamado Penha Garcia<\/strong>, que estaba a unos 10 minutos de distancia en coche.<\/p>\n

En la superficie este era uno de esos t\u00edpicos pueblos portugueses <\/a>en la ladera de una colina, pero la otra vista lateral era realmente incre\u00edble.<\/p>\n

Como en Monsanto, las rocas eran la especialidad, pero las de Monsanto eran de granito redondeado<\/strong> y las de all\u00ed eran de esquistos afilados.<\/a><\/p>\n

Al pie de esta monta\u00f1a rocosa,<\/strong> hab\u00eda algunas casas antiguas con techos rojos aplastados<\/a> contra el suelo rocoso. Sin embargo, seg\u00fan el conductor, nadie vive all\u00ed ahora.<\/p>\n

Hab\u00eda una ruina de un castillo<\/a> en la cima de la colina, el cual fue construido en el siglo XII.
