[ Mar.2014 ] Nuestro hotel en Toledo<\/a>, Espa\u00f1a, estaba frente a la Plaza Zocodover.<\/strong>
\nEsta plaza parec\u00eda un lugar importante en Toledo, porque mi gu\u00eda tur\u00edstica dec\u00eda que era uno de los lugares m\u00e1s relevantes de Toledo.
\nPens\u00e9 que el nombre era un poquito extra\u00f1o, pero m\u00e1s tarde me d\u00ed cuenta de que vin\u00eda de un nombre \u00e1rabe, significando \u00abMercado del ganado\u00bb.<\/strong>
\nDesde mediados del siglo XV hasta los a\u00f1os 60, ten\u00edan el mercado todos los martes de cada semana.
\nEn el pasado, este lugar fue utilizado para toros y ejecuciones de criminales.
\nUn lado de la plaza est\u00e1 ocupado por este magn\u00edfico edificio que se puede ver en la foto, pero esto parece s\u00f3lo un edificio relacionado con el gobierno local y no hay mucha informaci\u00f3n.
\nJusto en el medio de este edificio, hay un arco de estilo isl\u00e1mico<\/a> y su nombre es \u00abArco de Sangre\u00bb.<\/strong>
\nEl nombre tiene que ver con las ejecuciones realizadas.
\nAhora es una plaza tranquila donde los ancianos dan vueltas, toman el sol o cosas as\u00ed.
