{"id":166797,"date":"2013-06-06T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-06-06T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?p=166797"},"modified":"2020-02-05T21:19:17","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T21:19:17","slug":"leer-un-plato-de-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/leer-un-plato-de-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abLeer\u00bb Un plato de pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Esto es la publicaci\u00f3n del Post de mi amigo Bangly.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[Mayo de 2013] Hablando con un amigo m\u00edo japon\u00e9s, Koji, que es un experto en vinos y alimentos, aprend\u00ed que hay <strong>un plato italiano llamado Napolitan<\/strong>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/japon\/\">Jap\u00f3n,<\/a> que no sab\u00eda que exist\u00eda.<br \/>\nEs un plato de<strong> espaguetis cocidos con pimienta dulce y tocino<\/strong>, o ,salchicha y tocino, en el que adem\u00e1s se pueden agregar otros ingredientes como queso.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan Koji, este plato era muy popular en Jap\u00f3n cuando era adolescente (alrededor de mediados de los sesenta) y se consideraba \u00abCocina italiana\u00bb.<br \/>\n\u00bfPero es posible que algo que<strong> no existe en Italia<\/strong> se haya considerado como un plato t\u00edpico italiano en Jap\u00f3n?<br \/>\nEntonces, empezamos a pensar e intentar adivinar c\u00f3mo pod\u00eda suceder este fen\u00f3meno.<\/p>\n<p>Probablemente esta historia comenz\u00f3 en el siglo XVIII cuando los primeros italianos emigraron a Am\u00e9rica, llev\u00e1ndose consigo sus tradiciones.<br \/>\nPero en ese per\u00edodo no exist\u00edan los ingredientes adecuados en Estados Unidos, por lo que utilizaban para cocinar los alimentos que est\u00e1n disponibles all\u00ed.<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, la salsa de tomate se convirti\u00f3 en Ketchup y la carne picada era tocino.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de un tiempo, esta comida fue reconocida como un verdadero plato italiano en Am\u00e9rica, y despu\u00e9s de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, este plato lleg\u00f3 a Jap\u00f3n con los militares que ocuparon el pa\u00eds desde 1945 hasta 1952.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de una d\u00e9cada, tambi\u00e9n se hizo se hizo famoso en Jap\u00f3n como un plato caracter\u00edstico de la cocina italiana.<br \/>\nParece que a los j\u00f3venes de hoy no les gusta tanto, pero a las personas mayores de cuarenta a\u00f1os todav\u00eda les gusta, aunque hoy en d\u00eda ya saben cuales son los autenticos platos populates italuianos.<br \/>\nTal vez les recuerda su infancia.<\/p>\n<p>Fui a probarlo ese mismo d\u00eda, pero sinceramente no me gust\u00f3 nada.<br \/>\nSin embargo, fue una experiencia \u00fanica.<br \/>\nSent\u00ed que com\u00ed un pedazo de historia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Talking with a Japanese friend of mine, Koji, who is a wine and food expert, I learned that there is an Italian dish called Napolitan in Japan, which I did not know that existed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":166798,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":""},"categories":[1727],"tags":[],"typology":[1941],"yoast_head":"<title>&quot;Leer&quot;
