{"id":167216,"date":"2013-05-24T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-24T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/?p=167216"},"modified":"2019-03-04T19:05:21","modified_gmt":"2019-03-04T19:05:21","slug":"un-restaurante-europa-y-japon-juntos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/un-restaurante-europa-y-japon-juntos\/","title":{"rendered":"Un restaurante, Europa y Jap\u00f3n juntos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Esta es la\u00a0publicaci\u00f3n del post de mi amigo Bangly:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[Abril, 2013]\u00a0Recientemente le\u00ed que en Italia hay algunos restaurantes que sirven mezclas de cocinas italianas y japonesas.<br \/>\nEn <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/location\/japan\/osaka\/\">Osaka<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/mirandalovestravelling.com\/es\/location\/japon\/\">Jap\u00f3n<\/a>, tuve la oportunidad de cenar en este tipo de restaurante, cuyo nombre es <strong>Butatama.<\/strong><br \/>\nPedimos una especie de <strong>entrantes italianos<\/strong> con mozzarella y tomate, tortilla y queso maduro.<br \/>\nComo plato principal, comimos<strong> Takoyaki<\/strong> (una comida en forma de bola hecha de una masa de harina de trigo con pulpo dentro) y <strong>Okonomiyaki<\/strong> (un plato amargo y dulce en un panqueque americano).<br \/>\nEstos dos platos son originalmente de la ciudad de Osaka, pero ahora son populares en Jap\u00f3n, aunque all\u00ed tienen un sabor particular.<br \/>\nBebimos vino italiano y franc\u00e9s.<br \/>\nTodo estaba muy bueno y el ambiente era un poco boh\u00e8mien, me encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Me gusta el<strong> intercambio cultural,<\/strong> incluso en el ambiente de cocina, pero tiene que hacerse con estilo y conocimiento.<br \/>\nEs da\u00f1ino si se mezcla algo ex\u00f3tico y algo hermoso juntos sin pensar en las ra\u00edces de las diferentes tradiciones locales.<br \/>\nAfortunadamente, este restaurante no era as\u00ed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta es la\u00a0publicaci\u00f3n del post de mi amigo Bangly: [Abril, 2013]\u00a0Recientemente le\u00ed que en Italia hay algunos restaurantes que sirven mezclas de cocinas italianas y japonesas.
