[ Ago.2019 ] Fuimos a Perugia, Umbria<\/strong>, Italia<\/a>, en tren desde Mil\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Llegando a Perugia en el tren local<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Hasta Florencia tardamos solo 1:40 horas con el Frecciarossa, un tren express limitado, pero desde ah\u00ed a Perugia tardamos 2.10 horas (aunque era un tren express).<\/p>\n

En el camino, el tren pas\u00f3 cerca del lago Trasimento,\u00a0<\/strong> pero mas all\u00e1 de eso la vista no ten\u00eda nada especial as\u00ed que domr\u00ed el resto del viaje.<\/p>\n

Finalmente llegamos a Perugia y estaba lloviendo.<\/p>\n

Este corto viaje ten\u00eda como foco a Umbria, no solo a Perugia, pero otros lugares que visitamos estaban todos sobre una colina.<\/p>\n

El taxi que tomamos en la estaci\u00f3n subi\u00f3 y subi\u00f3 hasta la ciudad vieja y llegamos al hotel llamado La Rosetta.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuestra habitaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

La ubicaci\u00f3n del hotel era perfecta y el edificio parec\u00eda tener una larga historia, aunque como hotel comenz\u00f3 reci\u00e9n en 1922.<\/p>\n

A Lisetta, la esposa del due\u00f1o, le encantaban las rosas, es por eso que el hotel se llama Rosetta.<\/p>\n

Comenzaron el hotel con 7 habitaciones y ahora tiene 75 aparentemente.<\/p>\n

El interior era pintoresco, lo cual no suele pasar en cadenas hoteleras.<\/p>\n

Llegamos tarde y la era de noche as\u00ed que nos fuimos directo a cenar.<\/p>\n

Bajando las escaleras.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Fuimos al restaurante llamado Il Giurista,\u00a0<\/strong>recomendado en un sitio de internet.<\/p>\n

Bajamos la larga escalera y el interior del restaurante era como una cava.<\/p>\n

De hecho una de las salas era una cava.<\/p>\n

Compartimos una degustaci\u00f3n de jam\u00f3n y queso como entrada y luego ped\u00ed Tagliata di Manzo (carne grillada).<\/p>\n

La forma en que la grillaron y la condimentaron fue perfecta y puedo decir que es una de las mejores Tagliata que com\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Mi marido pidi\u00f3 el estofado de carne y nuestro amigo pidi\u00f3 pasta casera\u00a0 con rag\u00fa de jabal\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Para el postre orden\u00e9 Vinsanto, las galletas locales que eran mas suaves que las Cantucci, ricas y crocantes.<\/p>\n

Todo estuvo rico.<\/p>\n

De hecho fue la primera buena comida italian que tuvimos en ese viaje.<\/p>\n

Puedo estar exagerando pero Mil\u00e1n en agosto era como una ciudad fantasma.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Todos los restaurantes que nos gustan all\u00ed estaban cerrados por vacaciones de verano.<\/p>\n

Solo algunos restaurantes estaban abiertos y tanto los chefs como los mozos parec\u00edan ser los reemplazos temporales de los trabajadores regulares, as\u00ed que tanto el sabor como el servicio no eran los mismos.<\/p>\n

Debemos admitir que durante el verano debemos ir a lugares tur\u00edsticos para disfrutar Italia.<\/p>\n
