ver bien el lugar el primer d\u00eda pero la ma\u00f1ana siguiente la vista desde nuestra habitaci\u00f3n me levant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La calle de piedras por la que hab\u00edamos arrastrado nuestras valijas la noche anterior era muy linda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro hospedaje se ubicaba en una zona tranquila en la ciudad vieja<\/strong> y vimos una iglesia antigua muy cerca.<\/p>\n<p>Primero buscamos un lugar donde desayunar.<\/p>\n<p>Hab\u00edan algunas personas en el Mini Mart, donde nos hab\u00edamos bajado del taxi la noche anterior, as\u00ed que les preguntamos.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro hospedaje fue una casa, lo cual era muy interesante pero el problema era que no hab\u00eda recepcionistas as\u00ed que no era f\u00e1cil conseguir informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Caminamos hacia el centro de la ciudad vieja y encontramos que estaba lleno de turistas, negocios, restaurantes y caf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Desayunamos en uno de los caf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Nos sentamos en una mesa al aire libre y pedimos creps con cappuccino.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_207650\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-207650\" style=\"width: 336px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">centro de la ciudad antigua<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>La ciudad antigua de Rodas es uno de los patrimonios de la humanidad de la UNESCO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La raz\u00f3n es que <strong>es una ciudad medieval bien mantenida, construida por la Orden de Caballeros de St John de Jerusalem.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan nuestro libro, el almirante genov\u00e9s que hab\u00eda estado gobernando el lugar, lo vendi\u00f3 a la Orden de Caballeros en 1306.<\/p>\n<p>Durante 3 a\u00f1os los isle\u00f1os pelearon contra la Orden pero Rodas cay\u00f3 el 15 de mayo de 1309.<\/p>\n<p>En 1522 fue sitiada por las fuerzas turcas, lideradas por Suleyman I y el pueblo se rindi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_207658\" loro en el caf\u00e9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fue el fin del la Orden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro libro dice que hab\u00eda un caballero desafectado llamado D\u00b4Amaral que le dijo a los turcos los puntos d\u00e9biles del castillo y esa fue la causa de la derrota.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El traidor y sus c\u00f3mplices fueron condenados a muerte pero los turcos tomaron el pueblo de todas formas.<\/p>\n<p>Los caballeros llegaron a un acuerdo con los turcos para poder irse de Rodas con sus pertenencias pero los isle\u00f1os sufrieron las consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>Los expulsaron de la ciudad antigua y all\u00ed vivieron turcos y jud\u00edos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_207686\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-207686\" style=\"width: 336px\" class=\"wp-caption a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Luego del almuerzo salimos de la ciudad vieja para ver el mar azul y de repente decidimos subirnos a uno de los buses \u00abHop on hop off\u00bb que pasaba por el puerto donde un gran crucero se encontraba amarrado.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Y fue una mala decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Nos cost\u00f3 \u20ac12 por persona pero estaba completamente lleno, el auricular estaba roto y la explicaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s se escuchaba de a momentos, adem\u00e1s no pararon donde deb\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>Fue una p\u00e9rdida de dinero.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_207698\"
