[July 2012] This is a photo of smoked salmon I ate as a starter in an old restaurant called Den Gamle Kro in Odense in Denmark.
The waiter came to my table with a whole fish and sliced 3 for me.
It is thick and has got very rich taste.
It was so good that I had another slice.
As for meat, they tend to cook too much, but salmon is their speciality.
Even the one at the hotel for breakfast was very good.
It said 1683 on the wall of this restaurant.
Certainly it had the nice historical atmosphere.
Another waiter came to cook my crepe next to my table.
