Sweden is one of Northern Europe’s most fascinating destinations, a country where unspoilt nature, elegant cities, design, history and traditions come together in perfect balance. Many journeys begin in Stockholm, the capital, built across fourteen islands connected by bridges. The historic district of Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace, the Vasa Museum and the lively neighbourhood of Södermalm are among the city’s main attractions. Other interesting destinations include Gothenburg, on the west coast, known for its harbour and canals, Malmö, connected to Denmark by the Øresund Bridge, and Swedish Lapland, where visitors can experience the Midnight Sun in summer and the Northern Lights in winter. Abisko National Park, countless archipelagos, forests and lakes reveal the country’s extraordinary natural diversity.

During our travels we discovered a Sweden that is elegant, welcoming and deeply connected to nature. Walking through Stockholm, exploring archipelagos, travelling through forests and lakes, visiting modern cities and experiencing the Scandinavian way of life allowed us to appreciate a country where quality of life, sustainability and respect for the environment are part of everyday culture.
