Bermeo

Set on the rugged Bay of Biscay coastline, Bermeo is one of the Basque Country’s most authentic fishing towns. Bermeo also serves as an excellent gateway to the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO-protected natural area of wetlands, forests and estuaries rich in birdlife and biodiversity. Coastal hiking trails offer breathtaking views across cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean, making the region especially attractive for photographers and outdoor enthusiasts.
