[april 2012] We went to a shopping area called Insadong in Seoul.
Here there are a lot of craft shops.
I was surprised to see so many people were around here, but I learned that the day was a Korean holiday.
In korea when they have an election, the voting day is always a holiday, but instead going to vote, many people seem to prefer going to the centre and enjoy themselves.
By the way, our guide in Seoul was Ms.
Kim.
In Korea apparently one in five is Kim.
In Italy I am always tempted to call out ‘Marco!’ to see how many people would turn around, but here in Korea, let’s call “Hi, Kim!”.
