At the oldest house in Wales

[ May, 2013 ] The whitish house is the oldest town house in Wales called Aberconwy House in Conwy, north Wales.

It was built in the 14th century and went through many owners and now it is managed by National Trust, a charity which protects historical things in the UK.

Downstairs were their shop and I found a woolen robe made in Wales for only £15–good buy.

Wales is full of sheep and often teased that there are more sheep than people.

So in spring the lamb there are very good.

We went upstairs to see the house itself, but did not have enough time to watch the explanation video.

So I looked up the internet after coming back from holiday and found one criminal case which made me surprised.

Apparently about 2 weeks before our visit, the manager here was convicted for taking money from the house and the shop.

This 44 year-old had his marriage broken, had a pressure from work to meet the targets, and had a problem of gambling.

Conway seems a nice and peaceful countryside town, but he could not avoid his mid-life crisis.
