[August, 2011] One of the highlights of this Ancient Macedonia tour we joined was this Lake Ohrid.
It is listed as a World Heritage by UNESCO and the best summer resort in Macedonia.
The town was full of people and the feeling was the same as beaches in Italy or Greece in summer.
I had heard that in Macedonia there wasn’t any successful industries and the unemployment figure was more than 30%, but I did not feel any poverty from those people walking around in this resort.
