[ Dec.2008 ] In that morning the view from the car was simply flat but after a while, without notice, we were in a mountainous area in Tunisia.
Suddenly this village called Toujane came in sight from behind a dry mountain.
There was a white mosque in the centre and the houses with earthen walls were surrounding it.
We stopped just to take a photo or two, but I remember that I really wanted to go into the village and walk around.
I saw some Berber rugs were sold there.
Probably they wove themselves and sold.
I wish I could have bought one there.
