Therefore, around the staircase from the station up to the Big Ben there are full of tourists and some middle aged women coming up to the tourists with little flowers.
They say something like ‘Welcome to London’ and push the flowers on you quite strongly.
They say ‘ This is for children’ and demand some donation.
This method of begging has been around for a long time.
