[July, 2012] At last we went all the way up to the top of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame.
I felt as if I did one year worth of exercise.
Apparently there are 387 steps.
The number of the steps is one thing, but another thing is that it is very narrow spiral staircase, which made me dizzy.
Usually on the way back down is easier, but because of this dizziness, going down was hard, too.
I needed nearly one hour to recover.
The most important thing for travelling is energy.
By the way the view from the top was worth the effort.
You can see Paris with these pretty gargoyles.
