[September, 2012] What do you think this man is doing? Here is the gemstone grinding watermill in Idar, Germany.

As you can see, workers lied on their stomach and put the stones on the machine to grind like this.

It was a very hard work and the dust was bad for the health, so a lot of the workers died at the age of 40s.

This place opened in 1754 and closed in 1954.
