[June 2012] When we went to see Hadrian’s Wall, we stayed one night at Slaley Hall in Northumberland.
It is in the middle of nowhere.
The house used to be a manor house of Edwardian Era, but now it is a hotel with 142 rooms and the golf field of 1000 acre.
We enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool.
It seems the main wedding hall for people around here, and they were preparing for a party for the next day.
