[February, 2011] We decided to visit Eze from Nice.
It is only 20 minutes bus ride away and the bus fare was only 1 euro, but to get to this stage we had a bit difficulty.
The information we got from the hotel was too old and the bus station was under the construction.
A woman there advised me to get to a bus stop outside of the centre, so we went all the way there by tram.
When we reached there, we could not find any bus stops, so we thought we would go to Eze by train.
Therefore we took the tram again all the way to the railway station and found the tourist office was open.
We stepped in there and found that by train you can go only to the foot of the village, so we should take the bus anyway and the bus stop was one stop before the one we just went.
So we took the tram again all the way back there and waited for 20 minutes for the bus.
It is on a hill with the houses on top of each other.
The top part of the hill is a botanical garden, and from there the view was wonderful.
Also the rabbit I ate in a restaurant was good.
