Walking in Lisbon

[December, 2011] The next day of our arrival in Lisbon was a holiday and most of the facilities for tourists were closed.

We were at a loss for a while, but decided to follow the walking tour of my guidebook, Lonely Planet.

It provides a map and descriptions and you walk yourself.

We often try this, though rarely complete it.

This time, too, we had to give up in the maze of the oldest part of the city called Alfama.
