[ Nov.2014 ] In the excursion from Monsanto, Portugal we went to a village called Idanha-a-Velha.
It is a very old village which has a long history since 16 AD.
Therefore there were a lot of ruins.
We had a look at the museum with the machines that people used for making olive oil.
But for me I remember this village as a place where a stork was nesting.
We wanted to see the Roman bridge there, too, but the Manuel did not understand us, or he was not interested in it, so it was omitted.
