[ Oct.2015 ] On the last day of our stay in Sorrento in the south of Italy, we had a few hours left before departing so we had a walk around the town.
There were some narrow alleys with many small shops, which tantalised our shopping greed.
At the grocery shop pictured in this photo, we bought a couple of chili strings as souvenirs.
According to the shop owner, those chilis last as long as one year provided you hang them like this.
Apart from that, there were shops selling inlaid wood works, which is the speciality of the town, accessories made of corals, leather goods and so on.
I did not get tired of walking there.
