[ May, 2014 ] In Peel of Isle of Man, we went to a restaurant called The Boatyard. It was listed in the leaflet and it looked fashionable from outside. And that was a right choice. I had a Calamari fried like Tempura as a starter and the local scallops for the main. Both were great. The price was as high as in London, though.
We took a taxi back from Peel. The female driver was another friendly person and she told us many things about the island. On the way, she pointed out one house, saying ” Look, the Bee Gees lived here in this post office”. An unexpected celeb was from this island…
