White radish

White radish

[September, 2012] I did not know but German people often eat white radish.

When I had the local dish in Oberstein, a small potion of radish cut into thins trips was added next to the main meat.

And that was very good with the meat.

In another occasion, the radish was included in a mixed salad.

We do not usually see it in the UK or Italy and so on, it was nice and fresh.
