[May, 2009] From Krakow in Poland, we took a tour to Auschwitz.
This photo is the entrance with the famous slogan, ‘working makes you free’.
This holiday to Poland, the weather was excellent and even here in Auschwitz, everything was shining and to be honest, that made a different impression from what I imagined.
Also, I thought the camps were made of wood, but in fact they were solid with bricks.
There was a room with a showcase full of human hair, which made me freeze most.
Apparently they knitted socks and others using human hair mixed with other fibers.
