[ Aug.2013 ] Santorini in Greece is very beautiful, but things are expensive.
In Fira, we ordered cappuccino and croissant in a stylish cafe in the morning, and found that a cup of cappuccino cost 4 euro.
Usually it costs around 1.5 euro in Milan.
We were so surprised that next day we tried not so stylish cafe on a road, but still it was 3.5 euro.
Afterwards, on the hill, we found one which cost 4.5 euro.
The coffee was like this, so the meal was generally expensive, too.
Would that include the price of the view maybe?
By the way, the prices in Mykonos which is another tourist destination were expensive, too.
One time, a small dish of grilled octopus was 14 euro.
This topic of prices sounds rather mean, but the budget of travelling is an important issue, isn’t it.
