[February, 2012] On Saturday the weather was so nice that I had an excursion to Lecco, about 50km north of Milan.
The famous Lake Como’s shape is just like a person in Kanji (Chinese character) and Lecco is situated at the bottom right.
Around here it is sometimes called Lake Lecco.
There are nice looking small shops in the old part of the town and feeling of wealth is there in the air.
It was still February, but the temperature was more than 20 degree, it would have been a good idea to ‘lecco’ (lick in Italian) some ice cream.
