[june 2012] I went to see Hadrian’s Wall in north England with friends.
On the way, we stopped for lunch at a town called Brampton.
The speciality around here is Cumberland Sausage, made from pork and various herbs.
I saw they sell this sausage in coiled up shape at butchers.
The same menu was offered as ‘ Pensioners Special’ for only£3.99 at another more down market pub.
