[ Oct.2013 ] During our short trip to the north in England, we visited Walney Island.
There is a nature reserve area here and you need to pay £3 to enter.
There are no staff to take money, but there is a “honesty box” at the entrance.
Because we are honest, we paid and entered.
According to my friends, there were millions of birds here, so much so that they needed to wear a helmet to protect themselves when they first visited here about 8 years ago.
I am not good with birds at all, so I followed them very cautiously, but fortunately there were none.
Instead, there were a lot of cattle.
Also, when we looked out to the sea carefully, we could see that there were some seals out there.
They came near to the land, popped up their head and watched us to figure out who we were.
One of us were wearing a hood on and his head looked like the one of seal’s, so they may have thought he was one of them.
Surely we felt some sort of communication between us and them.
