[april 2012] What I knew about Korean foods were only Kimuchi, Barbeque and a few others, but this time in Busan I ate something called Samgyetang, which is my sister’s favourite.
Basically, this is a chicken soup, but apart from the Korean ginseng, there was not any flavour added.
Apparently, you have to add salt yourself when you eat.
I have never eaten anything like this.
