[February, 2012] This is a restaurant called Victory in Monza, north Italy.
The dish is the grilled vegetable, which is nice and simple and I order almost every time when I eat seafood as the main dish.
And the behind that is the old woman who eats heartily.
She was on her own in her quite formal suit.
When I took the table, she was already there and I did not notice what sort of antipasto she took, but I saw that she ate primo with pasta and secondo with some meat dish.
Although that is the proper way of eating Italian meal, nowadays when I have meals with young people, they take either primo or secondo, so I was quite surprised and impressed by this old woman, who is surely more than 70.
She did not take dolce and finished off with caffe.
