[November, 2011] In Parma, I went to a restaurant called Gatta Matta (meaning 'Crazy She-cat'), where I could not go in last time because it was full.
This restaurant is not typical Italian restaurants which has taken roots locally with a long history, but more like the one you would see in Karuizawa or Aoyama in Japan, or South Kensington in London with pastel coloured wooden interior.
The best here was the roasted hare!
