Vulcano, seen from the sea

[june 2012] The nearest island from Sicily main island in the Eolian Islands is Vulcano.

This is the origin of the word ‘volcano’.

I did not step on this island and just looked at it from the sea.

The last eruption happened in 1888 apparently.
