[ Apr.2015 ] We travelled by local bus from Paphos, in Cyprus, to Latchi, a small fishing village.
Our guide book says “The most celebrated “fishing village” and has a distinctly tatty air” (I think the author is a rather gloomy-natured person), but for us it was a lovely place.
It was a fine day and the colour of the sea was dazzling.
Not many people were there so we could enjoy the place as it was.
It is in fact one of the best places we visited in Cyprus.
A few tourists we saw were from the UK.
We saw fishermen working on their catch coming back from fishing.
They gave one fish to a cat.
The time was passing very slowly and I felt very relaxed there.
