Parmigiano Reggiano

Parmigiano Reggiano

[November, 2011] Elimia Romagna in Italy is famous for its wonderful foods and one of the most well-known one is Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese).

Often used as a topping on pasta dish, but I like eating it on its own with balsamico source.

In this short trip I did recently, I had it as a starter.

The taste of the cheese with sweet and sour balsamico was great!
