[Oct.2012] The first thing my guidebook recommends to visit in Milan is the Golden Quad, one of the most famous top brands shopping area.
It consists of Via Monte Napoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Sant’Andrea and so on.
According to my book, a lot of fashion houses started having ateliers around here in 1950s, and it became world famous in 1980s.
We walked around here just for having a topic, but I felt very difficult to enter those shops whose front are protected by some sturdy bouncers.
We went into some, with bravery, but looking at their goods was like seeing some exhibits in some museums for me.
Of course some of you are regular shoppers here, though…
