Parma, which is a bit French

[November, 2011] In Parma, the female taxi driver was very knowledgeable and took me around with a lot of explanations.

This town was renovated a lot by Maria Luisa, a wife of Napoleon in 19th century and that is why the town has got a bit of French atmosphere like a road similar to Paris’ Les Champs-Élysées and the park where the palace situated, though she was an Austrian.

This palace was her home and now it is used as a head quarters of European Food Safety Authority.
