[ July, 2014 ] During our summer holiday in Croatia, we joined a boat trip to Kornati National Park.
There are as many as 150 limestone islands around there in the beautiful sea of Adriatic Sea.
Most of them are desert islands.
Those islands looked like north Wales or Dartmoor in the UK, which is grass land without trees.
It was amazing scenery.
It would have been even more spectacular if we could see this from the air.
Our boat was called “Leut”, which was fairly large, but because it was the peak time of summer holiday season, there were too many people on board.
It took very ling time to get to the National Park, which made me tired.
There seemed many tours to go there from Zadar and there must be some smaller faster boats, too.
And depending on the boat, the places they visit seemed different.
I should have shopped around before deciding.
