[ July, 2014 ] During our summer holiday in Croatia, we joined a boat trip to Sakarun Beach.
The leaflet’s catchword “Heaven on Earth” was a bit exaggerated, I thought, but there was the white sand inside the water which was very clean and clear.
Overall it was a nice beach.
The water temperature was high enough for me to enjoy as the sea was shallow all the way down.
This beach is on a long island called Dugi Island which is a little north of Kornati National Park which we went a few days before.
Only problem was that it took so long to get there.
There were not much to see during the journey, except the tunnel where Yugoslavian navy hid their warships.
I think this sort of boat trip needs some attractions like the one in the Turkish pleasure boat.
