[ July, 2014 ] The old town of Sibenik in Croatia is like a maze.
And the streets are mostly staircases.
You need strength for sightseeing.
When we wanted to find a particular restaurant, my husband who has more stamina than me went up the stairs first and I followed him slowly.
When I finally arrived in front of the restaurant, he was not there.
I waited for a while but he did not turn up so decided to call him by mobile phone.
Just then he called me and said that apparently he got into the maze and could not reach the restaurant, so went back to a square where we started.
Thanks to the mobile phone, we got together soon after, but if it was the time before the mobile phones were common, I would have panicked.
