[ Dec.2015 ] The next destination of our tour of Santiago, Chile, was the indoor fish market called Mercado Central.
As soon as we went in, some of the waiters of the small canteens called us.
It seemed typical for tourists to have a light lunch here.
They must serve some fresh seafood dishes, though it cannot be the seafood bowl like in Tsukiji in Tokyo or sushi in the market in Kanazawa.
Unfortunately it was not our lunch time, so we did not try anything and just walked around.
Apparently early in the morning, many of the restaurateurs of the city come and buy the seafood here.
They were selling some souvenirs in the central part of this indoor market, though they did not look very attractive.
