[june 2012] At lunch time, I went into a restaurant, just next to the fish market in Catania, Sicily.
Of course the fresh sea-foods were excellent, but for me the orange salad was amazing.
This was the first time I came across this salad, It is only sliced orange with onion and you add some olive oil on top of that.
It seemed that in Sicily, they often use sweet fruits for cooking.
I liked the atmosphere of this small family- run restaurant called ‘Mm!’, so I went back there on the way back from my holiday.
