[October, 2011] The speciality in and around Verona in Italy is a meal called Bollito.
Basically, it is boiled mixed meat.
The other foods are served by waiters, but for Bollito, a maestro came up and cut each meat, beef, pork, head and nerve of calf, etc.
There were about 8 kind of meat and you dip in to 5 different kind of sauces, which was very interesting and tasty.
Last time I went to Verona, I saw some people were eating it and decided to eat it next time.
The restaurant I went was Ristorante Greppia in the centre of the old town.
